Gold Strike Casino Resort Tunica Names Shane Robertson Executive Director Casino Operations

TUNICA, Miss. (Oct. 18, 2023) Gold Strike Casino Resort has named Shane Robertson its new Executive Director Casino Operations. In this role, Robertson will oversee all gaming operations, casino and resort facilities. Additionally, he will ensure compliance with all state gaming regulations, while maintaining the highest standards for all Gold Strike Casino Resort customers and staff.

Robertson holds a Bachelor of Liberal Studies degree from the University of Memphis. He actively serves on committees to promote and develop community branding, strategic partnerships and cross-promotional marketing. His experience spans nearly 30 years in the industry including his work with Odawa Casino, Harrah's Tunica, MotorCity Casino, MGM Grand, Carnival Cruise Lines, Sheraton Casino and most recently Hollywood Casino at Greektown in Detroit, Michigan.
