The owners of the closed Atlantic Club casino have found a buyer, according to a report.
TJM Properties, which owns the vacant building, declined to disclose the purchaser or the sale price, according to PressofAtlanticCity.com.
Two previous deals to buy the property have fallen through. One proposal would have turned the Atlantic Club into a water park.
TJM, based in Clearwater, Fla. bought the Atlantic Club for $13.5 million in 2014.
Previously known as the Golden Nugget, Bally's, the Atlantic City Hilton and ACH Casino Resort, the Atlantic Club went out of business on Jan. 13, 2014.
