The Casino Reinvestment Development Authority (CRDA) currently owns the location. The project aims to revitalise the underutilised area, consequently providing space for up to 2,000 employees by 2029.

In 2023, it generated $1.45 billion in sales, and in the first quarter of 2024, it recorded a 16.7% growth in sales, surpassing $500 million.
