Madrid, April 15, 2025 – Codere Group, a multinational leader in the entertainment and gaming sector, has formalized through its subsidiary Operbingo Italia the acquisition of 70% of the company Codgames S.r.l., specialized in the management of AWP and VLT terminals, with more than 600 active machines in Calabria. The remaining 30% of the share capital remains in the hands of the founding Manna family.
This operation marks a new milestone in Codere's growth strategy in the Italian market, where the company has more than twenty years of experience. The incorporation of Codgames not only expands the group’s operational network but also marks its entry into a high-potential region like Calabria, in the south of the country.
