(Dover, DE) February 4, 2025 — This past Saturday, February 1, Bally’s Dover Casino Resort celebrated the official grand opening of Macau Kitchen Restaurant & Bar with a memorable event where tradition met innovation in a newly designed dining space that also featured a modern gaming lounge and a captivating lion dance performance to bring in good luck into the new venue.
During the festivities, guests enjoyed complimentary samples of signature menu items. The celebration included a ribbon-cutting ceremony, an engaging meet-and-greet with the culinary team, and a traditional lion dance performed by Lee’s Lion Club.
Macau Kitchen showcased a diverse menu that celebrated cultural heritage and bold flavors featuring signature dishes such as Wonton Soup, Vietnamese Pho with house-made broth, Macau’s Combination Lo Mein, and Seafood Pan-Fried Noodles. Diners also had the opportunity to pair their meals with modern craft cocktails, a curated wine list, international beers, a variety of bubble teas, and house-made desserts including ube or yuzu cheesecake.
In addition to the dining experience, guests had the chance to explore the adjacent high limit gaming lounge, where mini baccarat and blackjack games were available in an intimate setting.
