Atlantic City, NJ (May 20, 2024) – Bally's Atlantic City was proud to participate in this year’s Night of 300,000 Meals event, an evening dedicated to supporting the South Jersey Food Bank and bringing the community together. The event took place on May 2 at the Community Food Bank of New Jersey in Egg Harbor Township.
During the Night of 300,000 Meals, Bally's Atlantic City chefs prepared a delectable selection of food items for 300 guests. The event featured a table set up specifically for the South Jersey Food Bank, highlighting the importance of addressing food insecurity in our community.
Attendees of the event were treated to a delectable array of signature dishes crafted by local chefs and restaurants. Additionally, they had the chance to explore the warehouse, with a staggering capacity of 1.6 million pounds of food, and the Community Assistance Pantry, which provides monthly support to 2,000 local families. This culinary experience was a feast for the senses, with fine fare, fun spirits, and live music by the talented Eddie Morgan Duo.
The Night of 300,000 Meals was not only a celebration of food and community but also a chance to make a difference in the lives of those facing hunger. By supporting the South Jersey Food Bank, Bally's Atlantic City aimed to raise awareness and funds to combat food insecurity in our region.
