BRERA OSTERIA IS BRINGS A FAMOUS ITALIAN TRADITION, “APERITIVO HOUR,” TO THE VENETIAN RESORT

LAS VEGAS (May 24, 2021)BRERA osteria brings a famous Italian tradition to The Venetian Resort, Aperitivo Hour, the break between work and dinner where you meet friends to socialize and plan the night.

Influenced by the artsy cool Brera district in Milan, Italy, known for its lively bar and restaurant scene, it’s also the neighborhood credited for bringing the social happy hour concept to the world one hundred years ago – known as Aperitivo Hour. It’s the Italian way to finish the day and start the night with cocktails and bites.

“When I was 23 and left Italy and moved to the United States, I noticed Aperitivo Hour was missing,” said Executive Chef and Partner Angelo Auriana. “Now we are happy to bring our culture and Italian way of life to The Venetian Resort.”

During Aperitivo Hour, guests can enjoy classic cocktails, wine, and complimentary bites from chef plus a special Aperitivo Hour menu featuring bruschetta, beef tartare, meatballs, mussels, and pizza in a lively atmosphere. At BRERA, guests will feel like part of the family with Chef Angelo’s menu of sophisticated comfort food and sharable plates.

BRERA osteria opened earlier this year, anchoring St. Mark’s Square in Grand Canal Shoppes.
