FONTAINEBLEAU LAS VEGAS ANNOUNCES 2025 ‘SIGNATURE SERIES’ LINEUP OF INTERACTIVE CLASSES AND EXCLUSIVE DINING EXPERIENCES

LAS VEGAS (Feb. 19, 2025) – Fontainebleau Las Vegas is once again pulling back the curtain for guests to discover the secrets and craftsmanship of its acclaimed culinary, mixology, wellness collections, and more, with the return of the resort’s Signature Series.

Led by award-winning chefs, tastemakers, and experiential connoisseurs, the Signature Series classes are tailored to hotel guests and Las Vegas locals, offering them the opportunity to interact and learn the expert techniques to recreate their favorite dishes, drinks at home.

As one of the resort’s most popular offerings, this year’s Signature Series lineup includes the return of guest favorites, such as Gameday Gourmet, Art of the Grill and Deck the Doors alongside an expanded list of offerings including wellness and floral. Reservations for Signature Series events can be made via the Fontainebleau Las Vegas website. Tickets are limited and pricing varies per person. The 2025 lineup of Signature Series events include:

  • The Perfect Pour with Beam Suntory | Thursday, March 27 

Collins | 1 to 3 p.m. | $150 per person | 15 seats available

Guests are invited to celebrate International Whiskey Day at the resort’s award-winning bar, Collins. Paired with charcuterie and passed canapés, Beam Suntory will bring their international collection of bourbon and Irish and Scotch whiskeys while the resort’s beverage experts teach guests how to mix, shake and serve whiskey like a pro. 

  • Art of the Grill | Saturday, April 12 

La Côte | 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. | $195 per person | 15 seats available

Guests can home in on their grill skills in this immersive class led by Don’s Prime Executive Chef Patrick Munster. Grill seekers can enjoy a welcome cocktail and light bites, followed by hand-on instruction, learning techniques for wood selection, making perfect marinades, and more. Class concludes with a three-course lunch on La Côte’s poolside patio.

  • Mums and Moms | Sunday, May 11

La Côte | 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. | $225 per person | 10 seats available

Guests can celebrate mom with a stunning Mother’s Day floral arrangement class at La Côte followed by three-course prix-fixe lunch by Chef Francisco Campa Fuentes. Participants will have the chance to learn expert techniques for crafting basket bouquets using roses, tulips, lilies, and more, guided by the floral team. 

  • A Passion for Pasta | Thursday, May 22 

Vida | 4 to 7 p.m. | $165 per person | 12 seats available

A Passion for Pasta returns to Signature Series with this immersive primer in the art of fresh pasta led by Chef Kyle Bradish. Guests can learn how to make handmade and extruded noodles, delicious fillings, and sauces before enjoying a three-course pasta lunch with a classic Italian wine pairing lead by Master Sommelier Kevin Reilly. 

  • Sip & Savor: Whisky & Sushi | Saturday, June 14

ITO | 1 to 4 p.m. | $275 per person | 12 seats available

ITO reveals the secrets of making exceptional sushi and offers an introduction to Japanese whiskies in this exclusive class. Guests can enjoy a nine-course omakase tasting, hands-on learning, and unique take-home gifts, all while discovering the nuances of whisky and sushi pairing. 

  • Sip & Savor: Champagne & Oysters | Saturday, July 12 

La Fontaine | 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. | $185 per person | 12 seats available

Master Sommelier Kevin Reilly leads guests through a curated champagne tasting, expertly pairing oysters with each expression alongside Chef Laëtitia Rouabah. Guests can indulge and learn while enjoying passed canapés before receiving exclusive take-home gifts. 

  • The Mindful Reset | Thursday, August 7 

Lapis Spa & Wellness | 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. | $150 per person | 12 seats available

Wellness enthusiasts can unite and enjoy a range of rejuvenating wellness practices at Lapis Spa & Wellness, each designed to nourish the body, mind, and soul through expert-led sessions in a serene setting. The session includes a guided meditation, percussion therapy, trigger point release, and breathwork with sound bathing. Guests can replenish with nourishing fresh juices and healthy bites, leaving feeling rejuvenated with wellness tools to support their self-care journey. 

  • Cake Expectations | Saturday, August 16 

Pastry Shop | 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. | $155 per person | 12 seats available

Guests are invited to unleash their creativity in a hands-on cake decorating class with Pastry Chef Sunny Lee. Attendees can learn how to enhance cakes and cupcakes with fondant covering, flower piping, and buttercream arrangements. 

  • Game Day Gourmet | Saturday, September 13 

The Tavern | 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. | $165 per person | 12 seats available. 

Football fans and culinary fanatics unite once again at Game Day Gourmet. Chef Damon Falls at The Tavern leads guests through ultimate fan and foodie experience with gameday favorite dishes and cocktails.

  • The Spirit of Mexico: Tequila Tasting with Tequila Casa Dragones | Tuesday, September 16 

Azul | 6 to 7:30 p.m. | $150 per person | 12 seats available

Guests are invited to celebrate Mexican Independence Day with a premium tequila tasting at Azul, featuring a curated selection of Tequila Casa Dragones’ award-winning sipping tequilas, and learn about their rich heritage. The experience rounds out with passed canapés curated by Chef Chanthone Vang, perfectly paired with each expression.

The class kicks off with seasonal cocktails and canapés by Chef Angelo Eslao, then gets creative as the Fontainebleau Las Vegas Horticulture Team guides you in crafting a handmade holiday wreath to take home.

Guests can nosh on seasonal sweets paired with coffee and seasonal cocktails as Fontainebleau Las Vegas’ skilled Pastry Team demonstrates delicious holiday treats.
