LAS VEGAS (Dec. 11, 2024) – Fontainebleau Las Vegas will cap its extraordinary first year of operations with an array of elevated, resort-wide New Year’s Week celebrations including headliner performances by Duran Duran inside BleauLive Theater (Dec. 29 and 30); Dom Dolla (Dec. 28), Calvin Harris (Dec. 29), John Summit (Dec. 30), and Tiësto (Dec. 31) at LIV; open bar packages at the resort’s award-winning bars Collins, Azul and Nowhere; specialty menus at the resort’s famed restaurants Don’s Prime, Mother Wolf, Komodo, Papi Steak, KYU, and more.

NEW YEAR’S EVE FIREWORKS
Fontainebleau Las Vegas ring in 2025 by participating in the Las Vegas Strip’s iconic fireworks show. At the stroke of midnight, the resort will help illuminate the sky with an iconic fireworks spectacle from the resort’s rooftop, joining in on the historic display from legendary landmarks around the city.
ENTERTAINMENT
Duran Duran at BleauLive Theater | December 29 and 30
Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees Duran Duran perform back-to-back nights, Sunday, Dec. 29, and Monday, Dec. 30, at BleauLive Theater, the three-level, 90,000-square-foot, entertainment hub of Fontainebleau Las Vegas. With four decades of stardom and countless record-breaking albums, Duran Duran remains one of the world’s most celebrated and in-demand pop-rock acts. The group’s latest album, “Danse Macabre,” dropped in 2023, followed by a deluxe version in 2024. Tickets can be purchased here.
New Year’s Week at LIV Las Vegas | December 28 through 31
LIV Las Vegas, the globally recognized nightlife destination created by David Grutman’s Groot Hospitality and managed by Fontainebleau Las Vegas, will close out 2024 with an all-star lineup of headliners. Oasis Ice Rink | 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. | December 31 and January 1
Oasis Ice Rink, the largest and most luxurious ice rink on the Strip, will be open on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. Made entirely with real ice, Oasis Ice Rink is comprised of two rinks spanning nearly 8,000-square-feet, allowing for both public skating and private group holiday events. The holiday village on ice includes festive brand activations by Veuve Clicquot, communal firepit rentals, merry photo moments, cozy holiday cabanas, seasonal lite bites and cocktails, and holiday movie showings, rink-side.

Countdown at Collins | 9 p.m. to midnight | December 31
Collins, the award-winning lobby bar at Fontainebleau Las Vegas, will host a New Year’s Eve countdown celebration from 9 p.m. to midnight on December 31, with bottomless Dom Perignon specials starting at $150. New Year’s Eve at Nowhere | 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. | December 31
Nowhere, the not-so-well-kept secret speakeasy-style experience at Fontainebleau Las Vegas, will welcome celebrated jazz musician and multi-instrumentalist Gunhild Carling on December 31. The celebration runs from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. Table packages and reservations are available online.
New Year’s Eve at Azul | 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. | December 31
Azul, the bar and lounge inspired by authentic mezcal bars of Mexico, will host a New Year’s Eve celebration from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. featuring live entertainment by DJ Tripps. Two-hour open bar packages from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. are available for $100 per person. Reservations can be made online.
Don’s Prime | 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. | December 31
Celebrate the New Year at Don’s Prime, the signature steakhouse at Fontainebleau Las Vegas. The restaurant’s New Year’s Eve prix-fixe menu is priced at $235 per person, with additional wine pairing available for $90 per person.
The three-course menu begins with a champagne toast accompanied by an amuse-bouche of Alaskan king crab with caviar beurre blanc, paired with Charles Heidsieck Brut Champagne. The first course offers a choice between ricotta gnocchi with truffle creamed spinach and roasted mushrooms (with an optional Alba white truffle supplement) or seared sea scallops with creamy lobster polenta, paired with Querciabella “Batar” Pinot Bianco/Chardonnay. The second course includes a choice of an 8oz Snake River Farms filet mignon with cauliflower puree and black truffle bordelaise, or a Cross Creek Ranch NY Strip (available with Oscar-style enhancement), paired with Chappellet “Signature” Cabernet Sauvignon, or lobster thermidor, paired with Château Smith Haut Lafitte Bordeaux Blanc. The meal concludes with a chocolate sphere dessert featuring praline crunch, raspberry, and chocolate decor, paired with Warre’s Ruby Port “Late Bottled Vintage” (Portugal 2009).

New Year’s Eve Prix-Fixe Dinner | 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. | December 31
KYU, the wood-fired, globally inspired restaurant featuring unparalleled views of the Strip, will offer a family style New Year’s Eve menu priced at $220 per person. The menu includes tuna crispy rice, cauliflower, Hamachi crudo, broiled king crab legs, Korean fried chicken, duck breast, and a Stone Axe Wagyu NY strip.
