London, 20th July 2020: GambleAware has today published its quarterly Briefing Note to highlight the work the charity is undertaking in partnership with a wide range of organisations, to help keep people safe from gambling harms.
The note, which will be updated every three months, is designed to inform a wide range of organisations about GambleAware’s ongoing work. It contains details of the charity’s:
- Commissioning work to support the delivery of the National Gambling Treatment Service,
- Work on national public health campaigns such as Bet Regret and its work to provide practical support to local services,
- Focus on commissioning research and evaluation to improve knowledge of what works in prevention.
