LAS VEGAS – Spending time at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas just got a whole lot sweeter. Cherry Rewards, the property’s all-new casino and resort loyalty rewards program, is here and ready to change the game in Las Vegas.
The property is celebrating the launch with enticing offers on new member sign-ups, tier-matching and more.
Offering a faster and easier way to level up, Cherry Rewards members can now earn and redeem points on almost every dollar spent on gaming and throughout the resort with exclusive discounts and access to cabanas, shows, concerts, spa treatments, room rates and more. Benefits now last longer, and members have more rewards to choose from than ever before.
New Member Sign-Up
Now through Sept. 1, 2025, new players who sign up for Cherry Rewards can earn up to $1,000 in free slot play during their first seven days, based on play. Virgin Hotels Las Vegas has a dedicated Cherry Rewards sign-up area, making it easy for guests to enroll, spin the Cherry Wheel for guaranteed prizes and snag exclusive Cherry Rewards merchandise.
Instant Tier Matching
Virgin Hotels Las Vegas is running an irresistible tier-matching promotion where players can get immediate access to Cherry Rewards’ resort-wide benefits. Customers who show their current Players Club card will be instantly matched to an advanced Cherry Rewards tier - allowing players to immediately enjoy their premium perks. Members then have a full 90 days to play and maintain their elevated Cherry Rewards tier well into the second half of 2026. Players are eligible for tier-matching now through Sept. 1.
$50,000 Slot Tournament
During Cherry Rewards launch weekend (March 20 - 22), members can participate in the free Cherry On Top Slot Tournament, with a chance to earn additional entries based on play. The casino at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas will award the top 50 players with a combined total of $50,000 worth of free slot play, with the top winner earning $25,000 in free slot play. The tournament takes place from noon – 7:00 pm each day.
Passport to Paradise
All guests who sign up for Cherry Rewards will receive a special Passport Book full of exclusive resort-wide offers. Guests can enjoy everything from complimentary spa upgrades, discounted show tickets, complimentary dishes at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas’ signature restaurants, discounted room rates and more. Once guests complete their Passport Book, it can be turned into the Cashier’s Cage for a chance to enter two drawings to win an exciting cruise with Virgin Voyages. Drawings will take place April 1 and May 1.
Cherry Rewards Tiers
Guests can enjoy a wide array of perks across the five tiers that make up Cherry Rewards, with rewards spanning all facets of the property, including gaming, entertainment, dining, and more. A comprehensive list of benefits at each tier can be found online.
- Hello: Guests can participate in pre-sales/early access to show tickets, earn rewards points on casino play, earn and redeem rewards at participating restaurants, receive special offers for birthdays, comped resort fees and more.
- Insider: Insider members can enjoy all the benefits of the previous tier in addition to a 10% discount on spa services (not valid with any other discounts/promotions) and discounted well & call drinks*.
- Exclusive: Exclusive members have access to all perks from the previous tiers, as well as access to an array of comp benefits across the resort, including hotel rooms, meals* and show tickets*. Exclusive members can also enjoy early check-in & late check-out*, discounted pool entry for locals, VIP parking and more.
- VIP: Guests at the VIP level retain all previous rewards plus an upgraded level of comps to enjoy, including room upgrades, pool access for locals, quarterly comped pool cabanas* and more. VIP members also have access to a dedicated casino host, priority reservations at the spa, pool and participating restaurants*, VIP line access to shows and more.
- All-Access: The top-tier of Cherry Rewards, All-Access members can reap the benefits of all previous tiers, as well as reserved slot & table games, three-comped nights at the hotel per month, discounts at the gift shop and participating retailers*, expedited valet and more benefits.
