Newcastle, UK – 28 April 2025 – Bally’s Corporation, a global leader in the gaming industry, is proud to announce the acquisition of its first retail casino in the UK, located at The Gate in Newcastle.
Previously operated by Aspers, the casino is now fully rebranded as Bally’s Casino. This strategic move marks Bally’s entry into the UK retail market, leveraging its experience in successfully operating casinos across the United States.
Bally’s Corporation is investing significantly in the facility's interior design and modern amenities, transforming it into a luxurious, state-of-the-art environment, this refurbishment will start in early summer will the aim to be completed by the end of the year. The existing Newcastle team will remain in place to continue delivering exceptional service, while the company will be hiring additional staff to further strengthen its commitment to the local community.
