Atlantic City's strategic location on the East Coast has made it a prominent centre for tourism and entertainment. Each year, the resort city, notable for its waterfronts, nightlife and casinos, draws millions of tourists who come to experience its glitz and glamour.
The area has quickly become an attraction for land-based casinos in New Jersey and it's no surprise that Evolution is considering a major move in the city. We've explored some of its best games and its recent proposal to construct a casino campus to house its live dealer games.
Best Evolution Games
Evolution's modern software and outstanding infrastructure have positioned it as a frontrunner in the online casino business. The company offers comprehensive B2B online casino solutions to casinos globally, and its live dealer-operated games are the favourites of many online casinos in different regions. Two prominent titles from the developer include Lightning Roulette and Crazy Time.
Lightning Roulette
Lightning Roulette is a distinctive European roulette with random multipliers of over 500x. It provides increased payments through lightning strikes. Due to its high payout feature that can reward between 50x to 500x, this variant has become one of the most popular roulette versions at the top online casinos. Due to its popularity with roulette enthusiasts, it's a common feature at offshore and top NJ online casino sites. Access to these games is made easier as some of the casinos hosting evolution games can be accessed via dedicated casino apps on the Apple App Store.
Crazy Time
It features a main game and multiple bonus rounds, including Cash Hunt, Pachinko, Coin Flip, and Crazy Time. Players are required to wager on numbers and the bonus games. Similar to the Wheel of Fortune, it features vibrant graphics and frantic gameplay, and the bonus can pay up to 20,000 times the initial bet.

Plans To Set Up $75 Million Live Casino Campus
Evolution already maintains multiple live studios in different Atlantic City casinos but intends to increase its size due to spatial limitations at its current sites. The software providers proposed a $75 million plan to build a specialised facility for live dealer studios at 2301 Fairmount Avenue in Atlantic City. The Casino Reinvestment Development Authority (CRDA) currently owns the location. The project aims to revitalise the underutilised area, consequently providing space for up to 2,000 employees by 2029.
Such developments aren't new to the gaming giants. The organisation has achieved global success by establishing studios in America, Canada and other European countries. In 2023, it generated $1.45 billion in sales, and in the first quarter of 2024, it recorded a 16.7% growth in sales, surpassing $500 million. The company continues pursuing innovation, introducing unique games and broadening its offerings to cater to the growing market in the online gaming industry.
Why Evolution’s Plan Can Be a Huge Success
Evolution is already known as a powerhouse for the best live dealer games, so its move to expand further in Atlantic City is commendable. It's a known brand that boasts multiple casino partners in the online casino industry.
Constructing the facility can bolster the game provider's market dominance and improve player participation. This will also promote local employment and foster economic progress in Atlantic City.
